The courses don’t seem to be displaying correctly; what’s wrong?

Taco Online Training System (OTS) courses use HTML5 and are only compatible with the supported browsers below. If you’re already using a supported browser, try updating it using the links below. Following the update, exit your browser and restart before trying again.

Can I access Taco Online Training System (OTS) through a mobile device?

Taco OTS and all courses are designed to be compatible with desktop computers and tablets, but are not optimized for smartphones.

How do I get access to new courses?

Taco is continually working on creating new courses. As they become available, courses that are relevant to your learning path will be automatically added to your Course List.

I have taken multiple courses, but My Transcript doesn’t show all of them. Why is that?

When taking a course, you must pass the assessment with 80% or higher for that course to be considered complete and appear on your transcript.

Do I need to let my Regional Sales Manager/Rep know when I’ve completed a course?

Your Regional Sales Manager/Rep will be automatically updated on your completed courses through Taco OTS. There is no need for additional notification.
